<p>Why do we need you ?</p> <p>Our Quality Inspectors play a critical role in ensuring our products meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer expectations. On 3rd shift, you'll be the key quality presence on the floor --making real time decisions, supporting production, and safeguarding compliance when leadership resources are limited.</p> <ul> <li>If you enjoy hands on work, problem solving, and being trusted to make quality calls independently, this role is for you. </li><li>Perform in process and final inspections using dimensional and attribute measurement techniques </li><li>Review and release incoming raw materials and finished product </li><li>Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming material </li><li>Verify line clearance and compliance with work instructions and quality plans </li><li>Review production records for completeness and accuracy </li><li>Support product release, certifications, and documentation requirements </li><li>Coordinate and approve correction and containment actions for quality issues </li><li>Support calibration and inspection equipment oversight </li><li>Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality to drive continuous improvement </li><li>Support ISO requirements, audits, and customer quality needs as required </li></ul> <p>Is this job for you ?</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Available to work Third Shift (12:00AM - 8:00AM) </li><li>2+ years of experience in Quality Inspection, QC, or QA in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Attention to Detail </li><li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in inspections, testing, and documentation. </li><li>Quickly identifies deviations and ensures proper follow through. </li><li>Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills </li><li>Evaluates nonconformities using sound judgment and initiates corrective actions. </li><li>Interprets data and measurement results to support quality decision-making. </li><li>Technical Quality Skills </li><li>Applies knowledge of measurement tools, inspection methods, and relevant quality standards such as ISO or cGMP. </li></ul> <p>A little more about us</p> <p>Saint-Gobain's innovations touch almost every major industry around the world.
