<p>Description</p> <p>Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations - Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Clinical Hem/Oncology Pharmacist provides services to physicians and nurses in hematology and oncology patient care units, as well as to pharmacy and other healthcare personnel.</p> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p> <ol> <li> <p>Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Masters Degree in Accredited School of Pharmacy.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 (three) years oncology pharmacy experience, or oncology pharmacy residency.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess a New York State Pharmacy License</p> </li><li> <p>Oncology Board Certification or Board eligible</p> </li></ol> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity</p> <p>Occupational: Some occupational risk</p> <p>Physical Effort: Sedentary/light effort.
