And we do it all with heart, each and every day.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Print Customer Service Sr Asst reports to the Production Manager and enters all incoming jobs as they are received daily. You will be required to follow through on job progress with your inside teams and our CVS Enterprise clients to maintain project quality, and adherence to customer schedules.</p> <ul> <li>Job requests are verified with users so that jobs are completed as needed. </li><li>Inspect and maintain all jobs are written to ensure consistent quality. </li><li>Produce work that is accurate, detailed and free of errors. </li><li>Input all relative data into Webcrd or Avanti Database systems with complete costs, customer contact, billing, distribution info logged and fielded correctly by department </li><li>Execute all assignments that may be communicated or specified by written work orders (includes time and labor summary) accurately. </li><li>Ensure all item number files are updated daily and filed correctly (numerically) and maintained in a neat and orderly manner. </li><li>Strong PC skills are required for all customer facing applications such as MS Teams and MS Office. </li><li>Strong Project management skills and exposure to UPS and USPS systems and tracking </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:- Hybrid Role in Woonsocket, RI</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal especially for customer engagements </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office apps, and ability to learn other apps as needed </li><li>Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within and outside the organization </li><li>Ability to multitask within multiple media forms </li><li>Work closely with other team members Digital/Offset Printing background </li><li>Ability to lift 30 lbs </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
