If you're experienced in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and machine repair - and are ready for your next challenge - we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Pay Range: $28 - $32/hr (Based on experience)</p> <p>Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule</p> <p>As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment through regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment optimization.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems </li><li>Conduct emergency/unscheduled repairs during shifts or while on call </li><li>Set up and prepare machinery for production runs </li><li>Rebuild and repair various types of production and packaging equipment </li><li>Interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams </li><li>Follow OSHA safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times </li><li>Lift and handle materials or equipment up to 50 lbs as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in equipment and industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing </li><li>Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and repair skills </li><li>Knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, HVAC, pumps, valves, and electrical systems </li><li>Familiar with preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and safety protocols </li><li>Technical certification or degree in maintenance (preferred) </li><li>Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and self-motivated </li><li>Strong time management and multitasking abilities </li></ul> <p>Direct Hire Company Benefits include competitive pay based on experience, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being.
