<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Thermal Lab Customer Coordinator is a customer care role, focused on assuring the effective management of Vertiv guests in terms of logistics, assistance, and providing reception service for the location and supports both internal & external customers. In general, this role will be an interface between the application engineering/sales groups and customers visiting our site for witness testing, demonstrations, and general tours. The role will also be building relationships with new and existing customers by providing exceptional care by working with vendors, employees, hotels, restaurants, taxis etc. to help ensure total customer/employee satisfaction.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Greet visitors and contact appropriate people to escort or meet them. </li><li>Front desk management - welcome to guests, prepare the welcome kit. </li><li>Handling taxi and hotel changes during preparation and onsite visits. </li><li>Administration of guest registration systems </li><li>Administration of meeting room reservations </li><li>All activities not mentioned but are needed for Hospitality. </li><li>Organize with catering companies for onsite breakfast and lunch (food preferences, allergies, etc.). </li><li>Compose, type, and e-mail correspondences both externally and internally as requested. </li><li>Assist in all facets of communication and coordination of projects. </li><li>Prepare and maintain files. </li><li>Performs general office customer service, and record keeping as needed. </li><li>Assist with various programs, company events, and employee functions. </li><li>Maintain meeting room calendars and set up meetings at facility including arrangements for refreshments. </li><li>Assist customers and staff as necessary. </li><li>Undertake special projects for the department as assigned, maintaining special files. </li><li>Use telephone console, computer copier, and other usual office equipment. </li><li>Provide general administrative support to assigned departments. </li><li>Perform other duties as requested or necessary to meet business conditions and changes. </li><li></li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and work experience in an office management position. </li><li>2 plus years' experience in an administrative role. </li><li>Preferred Qualifications: </li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a self-directed environment. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail is crucial. </li><li>Time management. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client needs simultaneously. </li><li>Relationship skills. A patient, client-focused approach is vital for ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams. Confidentiality a must. </li><li>Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software.
