<p>Title: Identification Clerk- Saratoga</p> <p>Employee Status: Regular Full Time</p> <p>Work From Home Option: Not Applicable</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Identification Clerk is responsible for issuing photo identification to all NYRA employees and backstretch workers at Saratoga, as well as assist with other NYRA security record systems.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a daily log of ID badges and temporary/ visitor passes issued. </li><li>Replace lost badges and make revisions when a change in identification status occurs. </li><li>Provide application process information. </li><li>Work closely with the New York Gaming Commission to ensure employees and workers are properly licensed. </li><li>Process termination reports and update badges upon termination. </li><li>Process applications by vendors, veterinarians and other third parties who need track identification. </li><li>Issue parking stickers to backstretch and other outside vendors. </li><li>Liaise with the BEST office in regards to life insurance and pension applications. </li><li>Assist security operations with the daily operations report. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: High school diploma</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Two years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred/not mandatory: Bilingual English/Spanish</p> </li></ul> <p>Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily, sedentary in nature as this is an office role. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range / Salary: $20/hourly</p>
