Under the supervision of the Division Chief, Director of APPs and Nursing and Collaborating Physician, the APP will work in the Neurophysiology Division of the Neurology Department, performing clinic visits (in person and televisits and working closely with other departments and divisions leading clinical continuity. The NP will take a leading role in managing patients referred to the Neurophysiology team for assessment, care and treatment. The APP will help plan, refine, and extend care activities beyond the walls of the clinic to integrate care and improve patients' experience more fully.</p> <p>The position requires superb organizational skills, interpersonal skills, initiative and innovation. Must be flexible, independent, and willing to participate in multiple activities while providing support to patients by collaborating with the team.
