The on-site Health Center at Meadow Ridge in Redding, Connecticut is a certified facility providing skilled nursing for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.</p> <p>We're looking for a Sous Chef who shares our passion and commitment to making extraordinary dining experiences for all of the dining venues that serve our residents.</p> <p>The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the overall coordination of food preparation and presentation, and the supervision of kitchen staff.
