<p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Managing Civil team and CAD Standards </li><li>Supervising and performing civil design that includes street analysis, planning, geometric design, conceptual layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utility plans. </li><li>Supervise, coordinate, write and edit specs, drawings, reports, and data sheets for projects. </li><li>Preparation of contracts, cost estimates, plans, and details specs. </li><li>Technical completion of civil project services and project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule. </li><li>Perform quantity calculations and produce engineering analytical data and related information to assure the design and any technical reports are accurate. </li><li>Review local, state, and federal regulations </li><li>Project Management and management/mentorship of Jr engineers on staff. </li><li>Writing and pricing of technical proposals </li><li>Lead quality and CAD standards for the operation. </li><li>Supervise 2-4 Engineers </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed PE </li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience </li><li>Knowledge of building codes, zoning codes, and approval process as it relates to civil engineering </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.</p> <p>med, dental, vision. 50% of employee and family.</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position in Holmdel,NJ.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on May 2, 2025.</p> <p>About Actalent</p> <p>Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
