<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Join our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.</p> <p>Work You'll Do</p> <p>As a Senior Consultant on the project, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and business analysis for health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability). </li><li>Translate client needs into clear business requirements, end-to-end process maps, and configuration-ready functional specifications. </li><li>Define and document benefits eligibility rules, enrollment logic, Qualified Life Events (QLEs), and payroll deduction rules (pre-/post-tax) for accurate system setup. </li><li>Design future-state workflows that align business processes to BenefitsIQ product capabilities, minimizing customizations. </li><li>Support payroll and carrier reconciliation by validating enrollment and deduction outcomes and resolving variances. </li><li>Collaborate with Product (BenefitsIQ), UI/UX, and Technology teams to align screen behavior, rules-engine logic, and integration requirements. </li><li>Validate configurations through structured test scenarios (positive/negative) and data reconciliation, and drive standardization/productization over one-off solutions. </li></ul> <p>The Team</p> <p>Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. The Industry Solutions offering delivers integrated business expertise with repeatable scaled technology solutions that are specifically engineered for each sector's IndustryAdvantageTM.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>6+ years of experience delivering benefits plans for clients in roles such as a product manager, benefits operations manager, benefits analysts, benefits administration, business analysis etc. </li><li>3 + years of experience with benefits platforms such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or Similar platforms. </li><li>2+ years of experience creating business process maps for current and future state environments. </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future </li><li>Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting Federal, State, or Local benefits products preferred. </li><li>Prior experience supporting Large employer environments strongly perferred. </li><li>Familiarity with: FEHB, PSHB, and ACA compliance perferred. </li></ul> <p>The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
