<p>AeroControlex is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. In this position you will assemble mechanical actuators. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with competitive pay and benefits.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Follow written and verbal instructions accurately including sketches, drawings, engineered work instructions, and original equipment manufacturer's instructions </li><li>Use a variety of hand-held power and non-power tools (wrenches, pliers, screw drivers, drills, and laser markers) as well as different measuring devices to determine specific dimensions (micrometers, calipers, etc.) </li><li>Inspect work for completion and quality to company, customer, and manufacturer standards </li><li>Work well independently to complete tasks and follow a schedule </li><li>Performs other related duties as required and may be assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of mechanical assembly work </li><li>Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, schematics, and other manufacturing documentation </li><li>Demonstrated dependability, be dedicated to the job, and work overtime as required </li><li>Proficient in using powered and non-powered tools </li><li>Basic computer skills </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>HS diploma or equivalent or Tech School Certificate </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay based on experience </li><li>Health insurance coverage </li><li>Retirement plan options </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul> <p>This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.</p> <p>An equal employment opportunity employer.
