<p>Job Duties</p> <p>Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Education</p> <p>High School Diploma/G.E.D.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <p>Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person.
