<p>Material Analyst</p> <p>Guarantees the arrival of raw material on time and quantity. Meet designed inventory value. Maintains effective communication with external and internal customers.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure raw material availability to meet customer´s requirements. </li><li>Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE. </li><li>Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation. </li><li>Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report, past due RANs, critical components, top ten high inventory value components). </li><li>Communicate issues to Production Control teams. </li><li>Meet AS: AS244, AS246, AS051, AS544 </li><li>Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity. </li><li>Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns). </li><li>Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence. </li><li>Effective communication to all teams when critical components with suppliers. </li></ul> <p>What is required:</p> <ul> <li>Engineer and/or bachelors degree </li><li>2 years in Automotive Industry </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in JDE or equivalent ERP systems preferred. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>Attractive compensation package </li><li>Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. </li><li>Gender Pay Equality </li></ul> <p>Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
