<p>You will manage customer service requests and inquiries by applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. You will influence our results by establishing customer relationships; ensure a high degree of productivity and quality; including recommending process improvements and increasing emerging technologies. You will follow established guidelines and procedures while meeting/exceeding all benchmarks. You will report to the Operations Manager.</p> <p>What you do:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to and process customer service requests and inquiries by applying foundational department knowledge of business, products and customers. Follow established standards while meeting quality and service levels. </li><li>Develop customer relationships by demonstrating communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the business. Influence our results by providing proactive customer service, education and communication. Provide customized service and take ownership. Ensure that distribution partners are aware of operational processes and changes. </li><li>Coordinate and assist with team and department projects including participating in implementing process improvement idea. Participate in special assignments to meet our needs. </li><li>Processing and reconciliation through several systems while working with internal and external partners. </li><li>Work under tight deadlines and have great attention to detail. </li><li>Perform daily functions relating to Suspense or reconciliation, ensuring all controls and guidelines are consistently executed. </li><li>Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI). </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>2 or more years experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in multiple customer service focused areas </li><li>Two year degree required or equivalent work experience </li><li>You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship. </li></ul> <p>Base Salary Range $40,000 - $80,000</p> <p>Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location.
