<p>The Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategy and identifies growth opportunities to deliver vertical-specific solutions and methodologies. We nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team, providing holistic solutions that integrate product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market-level insights.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ol> <li>Customer Strategy: Familiar with internet advertising and media platforms, through industry Data Analysis, market insights, research on typical advertisers, etc., gain insights into the business requirements and advertising needs of different customer segments, formulate customer growth strategies, and be responsible for the growth of platform advertising revenue. </li><li>Customer Advertising Solutions: Familiar with the monetization product logic of brands, creators, effectiveness, etc., conduct in-depth insights and transformation of customer advertising needs, optimize or innovate advertising strategies from multiple aspects such as Ads format and traffic sales strategies, improve customer Advertising Effect, and help customers solve business problems. </li><li>Project implementation: Collaborate with various departments such as product, data, mid-platform, sales, and customer service to identify and resolve bottlenecks in project implementation, effectively promoting the implementation of key projects and achieving results. </li></ol> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Client Strategy: Conduct industry data analysis, market insights and typical advertiser research to identify business and advertising demands of different client segments. Develop client growth strategies and be accountable for driving platform advertising revenue growth. </li><li>Client Advertising Solutions: Proficient in branding, influencer, performance and other commercial products. Deeply understand client advertising needs and develop strategy; optimize and innovate advertising strategies in terms of ad formats, traffic monetization strategies, etc., to improve campaign performance and help clients solve business challenges. </li><li>Project Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, middle office, sales and client partners. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in project delivery, effectively drive key projects to launch and achieve business results.Minimum Qualifications: <p></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or above; at least 5 years of professional experience. Experience in commercialization / advertising industry, or vertical consumer-facing sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, apparel, apps, etc. </li><li>Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in data analysis tools, high data sensitivity and logical thinking ability. </li><li>Able to summarize common issues and develop segmented client strategies. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, strong adaptability and cross-team collaboration skills. < </li></ul> </li></ol> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>IELTS / TOEFL scores are a plus. </li></ul>
