<p>"Job Summary</p> <p>The Nutrition Shift Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees Retail Food service staff during shift </li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail food service areas. </li><li>Provides job and service training for new and existing employees. </li><li>Ensures efficient, safe, and reliable retail meal service. </li><li>Verifies all cash drawers are reconciled and returned to safe. </li><li>Performs area opening and closing procedures. </li><li>Interacts with customers to provide optimal service. </li><li>Completes temperature and cleaning logs. </li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work environment. </li><li>Position utilizes a computerized Point-of-Sale system </li><li>Works in the role Food Service Worker Retail in addition to shift coordinator responsibilities. </li><li>Work environment contains hot food preparation and holding equipment, Walk-in Refrigerators/Freezers, walking between retail units, use of Food grade cleaning chemicals. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule: Full Time, Alternating Shifts (5:30am-2pm & 11am-7:30pm).
