<p>Individual is responsible for the cleaning of offices and performing other custodial duties within the buildings.  Individual reports to the Operations Coordinator.</p> <p>High school education or GED plus related work experience.  Work consists of varied, standardized, and non-standardized tasks requiring the application of numerous procedures.</p> <p>Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance that complies with the County policy combined with an acceptable driving record.</p> <p>Must meet and maintain qualifications for driving on county business as a continued condition of employment.</p> <p>All required licenses and certificates must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.</p> <p>Must be able to work 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm</p> <ul> <li>Unlocks and locks buildings and turns lights on and off; </li><li>Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms with paper products and supplies as needed; </li><li>Empties waste baskets and disposes of trash as needed; </li><li>Occasional disposal of body fluids; </li><li>Vacuums, dusts, washes, and sweeps to keep offices and halls clean as needed; </li><li>Buffs floors with high speed buffer; </li><li>Replaces light bulbs as needed; </li><li>Washes windows and baseboards as needed; </li><li>Cleans refrigerators out as needed; </li><li>Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; </li><li>Attends various training sessions, video conferences, and workshops; </li><li>Works overtime and outside of typical work schedule/business hours as required; and </li><li>All functions listed may not cover all duties that are required to be performed. </li></ul>
