At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and assess potential market size for digital solutions in bioprocessing </li><li>Coordinate and manage ongoing and new product development against plan </li><li>Develop strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders across Cytiva </li><li>Own project financials, such as cost, incremental pipeline value and revenue achievement </li><li>Craft and refine go-to-market plans together with OpCos and Strategic Marketing </li><li>Work closely with research and innovation leaders on opportunity development for future product opportunities </li></ul> <p>Who you are:</p> <ul> <li>You bring 5+ years of experience in R&D, Data Science, Marketing, Product and/or Portfolio Management, 10 years or more strongly preferred. </li><li>Product Strategy or New Product Development management/Leadership </li><li>Strong experience in product design excellence </li><li>Strong engineering/scientific and data science knowledge, paired with a good understanding of bioprocessing and relevant digital technologies such as advanced process control </li><li>Experience with implementation of Digital and (cloud) data management and -sharing systems would be an asset </li><li>Proven track record and product management experience of large or high value portfolios/projects </li></ul> <p>Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel </li></ul> <p>At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
