<p>The Role</p> <p>Fanatics is seeking an AR Collections Supervisor responsible for leading a team in B2B collection of receivables. This individual will guide the team to ensure customer payments are received within terms while protecting the organization against risk and bad debt exposure.</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of AR Analysts and Senior Analysts managing portfolios of B2B customers, including Fortune 500 companies, big box retailers, professional sports teams, and leagues. </li><li>Build relationships with key Fanatics customers and internal partners, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service. </li><li>Review staff work for accuracy and ensure expectations are clearly communicated and followed through. </li><li>Apply strategic thinking to drive improvements beyond daily collection tasks. </li><li>Provide leadership on customer communication, issue resolution, and interdepartmental coordination. </li><li>Work with customers to establish payment plans for aged balances. </li><li>Assign and prioritize workloads across the team to balance productivity. </li><li>Monitor, enhance, and report on departmental KPIs to track performance. </li><li>Analyze root causes of payment delays and work cross-functionally to resolve recurring issues. </li><li>Host working sessions to strengthen analyst knowledge of complex collection scenarios. </li><li>Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues. </li><li>Assist in the creation of detailed reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership and team use. </li><li>Support testing of process improvements and onboarding of new business lines. </li><li>Problem-solve independently and drive issues to resolution with minimal oversight. </li><li>Mentor and develop team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and trust. </li><li>Foster a positive and professional work environment. </li><li>Perform other assigned tasks necessary to support the AR Department. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 3+ years of AR experience. </li><li>2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and team leadership. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage B2B collections and improve processes in a high-volume environment. </li><li>Hybrid role: On-site Monday - Thursday in Tampa; remote on Fridays. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Fanatics, we are passionate about sports, innovation, and excellence.
