The successful candidate will serve as a direct supervisor to technician staff and interns, while performing all duties of prescription processing, consultation, immunization, and other clinical services.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Fulfill all duties as a licensed pharmacist, including prescription processing and customer consultation. </li><li>Serve as a direct supervisor for pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring a well-organized, efficient workflow. </li><li>Provide immunizations and other clinical services in compliance with state and federal regulations. </li><li>Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience. </li><li>Manage and organize inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of medications. </li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients. </li><li>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree. </li><li>Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio. </li><li>Certified immunizing pharmacist. </li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and interact with customers. </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to efficiency and high-quality patient care. </li></ul>
