We're seeking a Dispatcher Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of our branch, tackling a variety of tasks across all departments.</p> <p>Open Office and a team-oriented type environment:</p> <p>Hours are M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm with "On call rotation required every 5-7 weeks for evening and weekend hours at home"</p> <p>Starting pay: $20-24/hour based on experience</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Logistics Pro: Maintain open and thorough communication with technicians on their routes using dispatching software.</p> <p>Task Maestro: Create work orders, maintain billing notes, and input data into our ERP.</p> <p>Office Maven: Handle clerical duties like scanning, phones, and managing daily mail.</p> <p>Customer Champion: Welcome and guide customers on repair follow-up.</p> <p>Warehouse Organizer: Ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders.</p> <p>Safety Advocate: Prioritize safety and follow our accident prevention procedures.</p> <p>Adaptable Dynamo: Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Position:</p> <p>Team Player: This is a non-supervisory role, reporting to the Branch Manager.</p> <p>Decision Influencer: Your actions can impact people, finances, and our organization's reputation.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience Insight: Preferred two years of education and/or experience in a related field, such as dispatcher or operations, especially in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Exceptional Communicator: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Clean Slate: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
