It's a structured, hands-on development program that combines training, mentorship, and real-world project experience to help associates build their expertise in Workday.</p> <p>Associate Adaptive Consultants are individuals who are passionate about solving problems and helping others. They are self-starters with an interest in building a strong career in Consulting, Human Resources, Finance or Information Technology. Associate Adaptive Consultants are responsible for providing support across Workday Adaptive Planning module(s) understanding the client's business and requirements, and configuring, designing, and delivering solutions that best fit client needs. The role provides impeccable customer service to clients and builds strong relationships with clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build a working foundation of Workday Adaptive Planning and associated modules through delivered training, on-the-job training, and provided networks of teams and mentors. </li></ul> <p>Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive Planning module(s).</p> <ul> <li>Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best practices, recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements. </li><li>Assist clients in testing Workday Adaptive Planning configuration, provide knowledge transfer and develop documentation as applicable. </li><li>Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs. </li><li>Collaborate effectively on team-based projects. </li><li>Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately. </li><li>Consult and execute limited supervision on deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients. </li></ul> <p>Complete deliverables within prescribed timelines. Ask for support and direction and/or report status to appropriate team members as it relates to project issues.</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot clients' configuration and how information flows from model to financial statement or other reportable accounts. </li><li>Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision. </li><li>Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and obtain sign off from experienced consultants. Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions from team members to solve client needs. </li><li>Meet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc). </li><li>Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner", in all aspects of work. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction; strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships. </li></ul> <p>Highly self-motivated with initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn new skills.</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables. </li><li>Excellent time management and organization skills. </li></ul> <p>Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with limited supervision.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. </li><li>Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year). </li></ul> <p>Kognitiv is committed to a transparent and equitable compensation structure.
