<p>QA Analyst</p> <ul> <li>Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. </li><li>Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. </li><li>Automation Testing </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools. </li><li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. </li><li>Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. </li><li>Offshore Coordination </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams. </li><li>Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams. </li><li>Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback. </li><li>Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed. </li><li>Documentation & Reporting </li><li>Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports. </li><li>Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders. </li><li>Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress). </li><li>6+ years of experience in QA, </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python. </li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $80,000-$100,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
