This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to clinical performance, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards. The specialist collaborates with medical staff, nursing, and administrative departments to identify areas for improvement, ensure adherence to established protocols, and support quality improvement initiatives.
