<p>Now Hiring: EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician</p> <p>BG Staffing | Westfield, IN</p> <p>BG Staffing is seeking an EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community located at:</p> <p>500 Bigleaf Maple Way</p> <p>Westfield, IN 46074</p> <p>This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who is comfortable supporting daily maintenance operations and keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.</p> <p>Position Details</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM </li><li>Pay Rate: $20 per hour </li><li>Position Type: Full-time </li><li>Start: ASAP </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Complete apartment service requests </li><li>Perform make-ready/turns between residents </li><li>Provide general maintenance assistance as needed </li><li>Assist with grounds maintenance, including exterior upkeep </li><li>Clean and maintain trash compactor and dumpster areas </li><li>Pick up trash and debris around the community </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair common apartment maintenance issues </li><li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional property appearance </li></ul> <p>Requirements (Experience Required)</p> <ul> <li>Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED </li><li>Must be comfortable performing service, turns, grounds, and cleanup duties </li><li>Standard maintenance attire required </li><li>Own tools preferred (many tools are available onsite, but not everything) </li><li>Reliable transportation required </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional </li></ul> <p>Why Work With BG Staffing?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly pay </li><li>Consistent weekday schedule </li><li>Opportunity to work with established apartment communities </li><li>Support from a trusted staffing and workforce partner </li></ul> <p>This role requires prior apartment maintenance experience.
