<p>Concordia University is a Lutheran higher education community committed to helping students develop in mind, body and spirit for service to Christ in the Church and in the world.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This full-time, salaried, exempt position is responsible for supporting the admission process through CRM support for all levels of enrollment at CUW and CUAA. Concordia uses Technolutions Slate as our CRM. This position is located at the Mequon campus and reports to the Director of Enrollment Operation.</p> <p>Job Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build Slate queries to serve a wide variety of purposes, including but not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>One-off email blasts</p> </li><li> <p>Complex automated SMS and email communication plans</p> </li><li> <p>Data validation</p> </li><li> <p>User reporting needs</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support to various users in all areas of Slate; emails, events, queries, reports, record updates, troubleshooting, and more</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with admission staff to understand and prioritize needs and provide thoughtful solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage Slate to help build and maintain automations, streamline business processes, and create efficiencies</p> </li><li> <p>Provide a five-star experience to internal and external partners of the university</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other day-to-day operational tasks to support the admissions department as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Outstanding attention to detail </li><li>High level of responsibility and accountability </li><li>Capacity to evaluate complex problems to create efficient solutions </li><li>Ability to work independently and operate effectively within a team environment </li><li>Self-motivated and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work to successfully complete projects </li><li>Ability to carry out assignments without detailed instructions and obtain facts on which recommendations may be made </li><li>Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications </li><li>A clear appreciation for Concordia's mission and the value of higher education from a Lutheran worldview </li><li>Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree (computer science, math, or a related field preferred but not required) </li><li>Experience in or demonstrable ability to learn SQL, HTML/CSS, or other computer programming languages is preferred. </li><li>Experience working in Slate or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Equipment (Click to View)</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>This is a full-time, salary exempt position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience.
