<p>Job Title Other hourly worker-OAYO Conductor Department School of Music Essential Functions</p> <p>Conduct OAYO ensemble rehearsals, conduct concerts, recruit for the OAYO program, communicate with OAYO/UNO staff regarding all logistical items for rehearsals and concerts, communicate with OAYO families when needed.</p> <p>Work Schedule Approximately 7.5 hours per week June through April Additional Duties Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Must possess superior musical, organizational, and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li><li>Must work well with various UNO units. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Experience working in the arts, particularly music</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Regularly sits, stands and walks. See, hear, speak and use of hands.
