We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who can lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships in this critical vertical.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role for a seasoned cybersecurity sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and understands the unique challenges and regulatory pressures faced by financial institutions. You will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy for the FSI sector, leveraging your industry expertise and network to unlock new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that address complex security needs.</p> <p>You'll work closely with our technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience-from initial engagement through project execution handover. This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to influence the direction of our US sales strategy.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Senior Account Executive, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic sales initiatives within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) vertical, identifying and capitalizing on high-value opportunities </li><li>Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with aggressive growth targets, focusing on enterprise-level cybersecurity engagements </li><li>Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and helping develop their consultative selling skills </li><li>Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for the FSI sector </li><li>Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key clients, ensuring long-term growth and client satisfaction </li><li>Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position LRQA's cybersecurity solutions effectively </li><li>Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client success </li><li>Represent LRQA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and thought leadership </li><li>Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership </li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies </li><li>Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the sales organization </li></ul> <p>Required Experience & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity services, with a strong track record of success in complex, consultative sales cycles </li><li>Deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including regulatory frameworks, risk management priorities, and digital transformation trends </li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients, driving long-term growth and client retention </li><li>Experience mentoring and coaching junior sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture </li><li>Strong network of relationships within financial institutions and enterprise clients </li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders </li><li>Proficiency in CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client success </li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for cybersecurity innovation </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>We are a people-focused, high-performing, high-trust managed security services team.
