<p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to support our technical operations team. This part-time internship (up to 20 hours per week) is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a technical support environment.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. </li><li>Support end-users with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person. </li><li>Perform routine system checks and updates. </li><li>Document technical procedures and user guides. </li><li>Help with inventory management of IT equipment. </li><li>Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. </li><li>Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems. </li><li>Familiarity with help desk software or ticketing systems. </li><li>Knowledge of networking fundamentals is a plus. </li><li>Customer service experience </li></ul> <p>Schedule & Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling is available. </li><li>Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications. </li><li>Entry level basic, wage based off experience. </li></ul>
