If you are a passionate and qualified General Dentist looking for a fulfilling career opportunity in Wilbraham, MA, we encourage you to apply now!</p> <p>https://www.dentalcarealliance.net/dental-jobs-search/</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose, prevent, and treat teeth and tissue problems. </li><li>Remove decay, fill cavities, examine x-rays, place protective plastic sealants on children's teeth, and repair fractured teeth. </li><li>Perform corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases. </li><li>Extract teeth and make models and measurements for dentures to replace missing teeth. </li><li>Provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, use of fluorides, and aspects of dental care. </li><li>Administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications. </li><li>Place and restore an implant/implants and do cosmetic procedures such as veneers. </li><li>Use a variety of equipment, including x-ray machines, drills, and instruments such a mouth mirrors, probes, forceps, brushes, and scalpels. </li><li>Wear masks, gloves, and safety glasses to protect themselves and patients from infectious diseases. </li><li>Supervise other clinical and non-clinical staff as needed in performing treatment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>REQUIREMENTS: Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).</p> </li><li> <p>LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Active Massachusetts State Dental License</p> </li></ul>
