You'll provide motivation and direction to project teams and be surrounded by expert mentorship and mentoring opportunities to help you and your team thrive.</p> <p>Candidate must be able to:</p> <p>Project & Program Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple projects and activities across various timelines </li><li>Coordinate work including scoping, collecting technical details, and confirming asset data </li><li>Oversee contractor activities including proposals, scope, selection, contracts, and NTP </li><li>Review, track, and update project statuses and documentation </li></ul> <p>Technical Coordination & Data Validation</p> <ul> <li>Provide equipment data, validate data and technical attributes </li><li>Employ KMZ/KML geospatial file and connect mapping data to project lists </li><li>Ensure correct filtering of pipeline assets </li><li>Identify missing, conflicting, or inaccurate data </li></ul> <p>Permitting & Regulatory Planning</p> <ul> <li>Initiate, review, and coordinate permit requirement evaluations </li><li>Clarify regulatory boundaries, jurisdictional complexities, and scope exclusions </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with engineers, planning teams, GIS/geospatial personnel, Project Controls, Operations, and leadership. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate kickoff meetings, technical review sessions, and cross functional team sessions </li></ul> <p>Vendor Management</p> <ul> <li>Solicit, review, and respond to Engineering Service Provider proposals </li><li>Provide feedback, request revisions, and notify vendors of award or non-award decisions </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Process Improvements</p> <ul> <li>Support gated project execution activities and align with standards </li><li>Provide notes, clarifications, and technical guidance to teams </li></ul> <p>Internal Reporting & Communication</p> <ul> <li>Provide frequent progress updates to leadership </li><li>Support budget/forecast adjustments </li><li>Flag potential risks, timeline concerns, and resource constraints #LI-CC1 #epjobs #naepjobs </li></ul> <p>THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE IN THE DENVER, CO OFFICE. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED, OR THOSE OPEN TO RELOCATION</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years of industry experience </li><li>8+ years of experience managing projects </li><li>Strong working knowledge of gas piping systems, P&IDs, PFDs, site layout and material take-offs preferred </li><li>Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>119,800.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>170,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
