Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assisting on full life cycle projects </li><li>Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project </li><li>Translating concepts and information into images </li><li>Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions </li><li>Assisting with contract administration responsibilities </li><li>Coordinating with a variety of consultants </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>This role is an in-office position </li><li>Education: Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required </li><li>Certification: Professional registration or anticipation of registration </li><li>Experience: 4+ years of experience required (in commercial architecture preferred) </li><li>Technology: Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus. </li><li>Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required </li><li>Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing </li><li>Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients </li><li>Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment </li><li>Confident presentation ability </li></ul> <p>Corgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
