<p>Queensbury, NY</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall supply chain performance.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>Regulatory & Quality Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company QMS procedures. </li><li>Maintain complete and accurate documentation, lot traceability, and material transaction accuracy. </li><li>Support audits by providing documentation and demonstrating process controls. </li><li>Enforce controlled storage requirements, including temperature, humidity, segregation of nonconforming material, and FIFO practices. </li></ul> <p>Warehouse Management</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling. </li><li>Establish and maintain replenishment of inventory stock for manufacturing. </li><li>Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time to meet customer and production requirements. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. </li><li>Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). </li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. </li><li>Operate company owned box truck or other vehicles to transport material between Delcath facilities and the Sterilizer. </li></ul> <p>Inventory Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. </li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. </li><li>Optimize storage layout and product flow to improve efficiency. </li><li>Leadership & Team Development </li><li>Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff. </li><li>Coach employees to improve performance, productivity, and accuracy. </li><li>Create daily work assignments and manage labor resources effectively. </li><li>Promote a positive, safety-focused culture. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Safety</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and other regulatory requirements. </li><li>Conduct regular safety audits, training, and incident investigations. </li><li>Maintain all equipment and coordinate repairs as needed. </li></ul> <p>Logistics Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage domestic and international shipping activities for both raw materials and finished medical devices. </li><li>Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. </li><li>Ensure all shipments meet regulatory requirements (e.g., customs documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists). </li><li>Oversee packaging requirements specific to medical devices (sterile barrier protection, validated packaging, temperature-controlled shipping if needed). </li><li>Optimize freight cost, routing, and scheduling while meeting customer and regulatory expectations. </li><li>Resolve logistics issues such as damage, delayed shipments, lost freight, and carrier non-performance. </li><li>Maintain relationships with transportation partners. </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve accuracy. </li><li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support business needs. </li></ul> <p>Systems & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Use ERP systems to manage inventory and order workflows. </li><li>Generate and analyze operational reports (inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfillment). </li><li>Ensure accurate data entry and system transactions by the team. </li></ul> <p>To apply for this position, please send your resume to jobs@delcath.com.</p>
