We serve the Salt Lake City and surrounding area using evidence-based treatments in a comfortable, confidential atmosphere.</p> <p>The Staff Nurse House Supervisor is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role. </li><li>Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing </li><li>Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification is required. You will need to successfully complete our current training for restraints and seclusions.
