Required to be considered.</p> <p>Pay range for this position will be: $20.00 - $31.00/hr depending on experience and education.</p> <p>Responsibilities may vary by assignment depending on department and need. The Intern receives assignments from supervising staff. The Manager reviews the Intern's work occasionally. The supervisor reviews each assignment as it is completed. The Intern is expected to meet rigid and challenging deadlines, work in harmony with other people, take direction on each assignment, and give full attention to detail. Independence in working, tact, and diplomacy are required. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.</p> <p>Your background and qualifications include</p> <ul> <li>You are a current student or have graduated within the last 12 months with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in drafting, construction, architecture, interior design, engineering, or related field </li><li>Previous work experience in architecture or drafting </li><li>2+ years of experience using Revit, required </li><li>Experience using AutoCAD or Bluebeam, preferred </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication </li><li>A drive to be creative, curious, and to understand how things are built </li></ul>
