Join us in shaping the future of learning with our award-winning team!</p> <p>Team & Position Description:</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Media Analyst to join our Shared Services Analytics Team! This role is a critical partner to our advertising teams and provides a great opportunity to join a high performing team in a hands-on role helping drive business and shape strategy. If a variety of projects is your jam, join us!</p> <p>What you'll do day to day:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with our paid media teams to deliver actionable analytics and performance insights </li><li>Build and maintain cross platform advertising reporting and KPI frameworks (i.e. Amazon SA/DSP, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, TikTok Ads, other TBD) </li><li>Develop automated dashboards and performance tracking in Power BI to monitor media efficiency and outcomes </li><li>Lead test and learn initiatives, including test design, execution, validation, and post analysis </li><li>Monitor retailer POS trends and promotional activity to inform media optimization and planning </li><li>Support data ingestion, quality assurance, validation, and mapping for new and existing ad platforms </li><li>Expand adoption and usage of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, Brand Analytics, Scintilla) </li><li>Partner with agencies and platform teams to evaluate incrementality frameworks and support MMM efforts </li><li>Act as subject matter expert for assigned tools and train team members on analytics tools, including Copilot </li><li>Champion a data driven, experimentation focused culture across advertising teams </li><li>Other projects assigned </li></ul> <p>Key Performance Objectives:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with stakeholders to turn complex advertising and POS datasets to deliver clear, actionable recommendations and insights for key retailer accounts (including Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) </li><li>Build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to surface newly ingested ad platform data into PowerBI, including data quality audits, validation, and visualization </li><li>Effectively analyze and compare performance across major retail and paid media platforms, helping identify cross-channel opportunities and performance drivers </li><li>Support test-and-learn programs by designing, executing, and analyzing tests and experiments that quantify media impact and guide optimization decisions </li></ul> <p>Requirements & Ideal Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in a marketing or digital analytics related field </li><li>Experience: 2+ years of marketing or digital analytics experience </li><li>Mindset: Curious, results oriented, and proactive in identifying insights and opportunities </li><li>Execution excellence: Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver reliably against timelines </li><li>Technical skills: Familiarity with SQL and modern analytics tooling; ability to learn and adopt new platforms quickly </li><li>Visualization & reporting: Proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools) to build scalable, automated dashboards </li><li>Cross platform analytics expertise: Working knowledge of major retail and paid media platforms (i.e. Amazon SA/DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, TikTok Ads) </li><li>Data management: Comfort working with large, disparate datasets; strong attention to data quality, validation, and governance </li></ul> <p>We are a drug-free workplace and an EEO employer.</p> <p>Please note: This role will be filled by our internal recruitment team, so no assistance is needed from any outside staffing agency at this time.</p> <p>Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location.
