<p>Job Title: Chemical OperatorJob Description</p> <p>The Chemical Operator will play a crucial role in the formulation and mixing of chemical batches for product scale-up. This position requires expertise in handling raw materials and monitoring chemical processes effectively.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform operations as described in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). </li><li>Test the quality of raw materials through chemical analysis. </li><li>Conduct experimental batch mixing and adjust until the finished product meets specific specifications. </li><li>Document experimental batch mixes and process adjustments. </li><li>Test the quality of products through chemical analysis. </li><li>Collect and process data for analysis. </li><li>Sample, inspect, measure, and approve components and chemicals for production usage. </li><li>Inspect and approve finished products. </li><li>Verify packaging weights and labeling. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. </li><li>Experience with formulations and mixing batches of chemicals. </li><li>Proficient in lab techniques, batch making, and chemical operating. </li><li>Ability to monitor processes and conduct quality control testing. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is preferred. </li><li>No professional certifications or licenses required. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role operates within a pilot-scale manufacturing environment. The position requires working second shift (3 PM - 11 PM) or third shift (11 PM - 7 AM) from Monday to Friday.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Conshohocken, PA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
