Alliance Cancer Specialists is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee and elevate the performance of our oncology practices across the Philadelphia Area. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep clinical expertise and a strong background in healthcare management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Clinical Oversight & Leadership</p> <p>Lead clinical operations across assigned disciplines.</p> <p>Set annual performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.</p> <p>Oversee performance evaluations and development plans for clinical staff.</p> <p>Staffing, Retention & Development</p> <p>Drive staff retention and development initiatives.</p> <p>Hire and train clinical personnel.</p> <p>Develop and implement orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education programs.</p> <p>Revenue Optimization</p> <p>Develop annual operating goals and budgets in collaboration with leadership.</p> <p>Monitor and control departmental costs within budget parameters.</p> <p>Support new clinical service line development and reimbursement compliance.</p> <p>Educate staff on documentation standards and charge code usage.</p> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <p>Collaborate with practice management on quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.</p> <p>Lead implementation of care delivery best practices.</p> <p>Evaluate and optimize patient care standards with attention to cost, safety, and diversity.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education & Training</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related clinical field required.</p> <p>Advanced degree (MSN, MBA, MHA) strongly preferred.</p> <p>Current state clinical licensure and CPR certification required.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>7-10 years of direct clinical experience in oncology.</p> <p>5-7 years of progressive management experience in a clinical setting.</p> <p>Skills & Certifications</p> <p>Oncology certification preferred.</p> <p>Healthcare Quality Improvement certification (e.g., CPHQ, Six Sigma) a plus.</p> <p>Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Traditional office environment with frequent computer-based work. </li><li>Physical activity includes standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and occasional stooping or kneeling. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Alliance Cancer Specialists?</p> <p>At Alliance, you'll be part of a mission-driven team that's making a real difference in the lives of patients.
