The pain management physician will work within a high functioning inter-professional pain team to treat patients with chronic pain with a focus on improving function. Pain management approaches are used to support the improvement of function and participation in comprehensive pain care treatments including physical activation, cognitive and behavioral therapies and Interventional pain procedures/ injections. Prior experience within an interdisciplinary pain rehabilitation program, Pain training/Board Certification and experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound are highly preferred.</p> <p>Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
