Join TeamHealth: Where your expertise meets compassionate care!</p> <p>We are needing an LPC or LMHC to help our growing group practice in Venice, Florida, we also have locations in Sarasota and Port Charlotte.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: 3 days a week Monday to Friday </li><li>Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units </li><li>Estimated time per patient 45 min initial consults, 25 minutes follow up </li><li>Patient load: 10 patients per day </li><li>Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform assessments and therapy sessions </li><li>Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate documentation </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed professional counselor (LPC) with full license in the state of Florida </li><li>Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with full license in state of Florida </li><li>Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required </li><li>Unfortunately, we are unable to accept licensed clinical social workers for this particular region </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Expected compensation is estimated fee for service range of $45,000 to $54,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
