<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The goal of the High School Mentor is to support young musicians in El Sistema Somerville and serve as postitive role models in and outside of the music classroom. Mentors will assist Teaching Artists in musical instruction while fostering a collabortive environment and helping to build a strong sense of personal artistry and community amongst students.</p> <p>Essential Functions & Responsibilities</p> <p>The responsibilities listed below reflect the primary duties of the position; the omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the role.
