<p>Position Summary</p> <p>A Manual Assembler I is responsible for performing simple, repetitive, manual assembly tasks. The assembly tasks for which this individual is responsible are typically comprised of single-step operations. The assembler is also responsible for ensure that medical devices are assembled with the highest quality possible.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Keep work area clean </li><li>Able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment </li><li>Ability to perform tasks with the assistance of microscopes </li><li>Perform functional product testing as required </li><li>Complete production records and work order documentation as needed </li><li>Perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition, and inventory management systems </li><li>Weigh count, package and label finished product </li><li>Able to learn simple operations quickly and easily </li><li>Able to demonstrate flexibility in performing multiple simple manual operations.
