<p>Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure</p> <p>The Aquatic Director leads the aquatic department and provides leadership in expanding aquatic programming in providing a safe environment. Manages the delivery and development of various program areas(s), such as health/wellness, aquatics, teens, childcare, and/or other programs. Recruits, trains and supports assigned staff and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and training of staff and volunteers; curriculum development; providing budget input; and adhering to all regulatory and Association standards.
