<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead in Charlotte, NC.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead multiple scrum teams and manage delivery across complex initiatives </li><li>Senior Agile Delivery Lead will engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (MD/SVP level) to align on priorities and progress </li><li>Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and QA leads to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project communication </li><li>Align with Product Analysts and Managers to define and deliver product roadmaps </li><li>Conduct gap analysis between current and future state technologies </li><li>Support implementation by coordinating with solution integrators and reviewing project artifacts </li><li>Document and demonstrate new system/software features to stakeholders </li><li>As a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, you will drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency </li><li>Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Production Operations and Support teams </li><li>Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion* 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>5+ total years of experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO) </li><li>2+ years of experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master </li><li>Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA </li><li>Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks </li><li>Demonstrated an ability to significantly improve technical or methodology processes </li><li>Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in ambiguous situations, even when direction and details are limited </li><li>Effectively influences stakeholders across multiple disciplines without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment </li><li>Ability to coordinate and assist teams to resolve complex analytical and technical issues </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities </li></ul>
