Direct care will be provided if an individual does not possess the skill necessary to complete the task or to meet the need. Staff in this position are required to demonstrate warmth, insight, interest, and respect for the Individuals with disabilities.</p> <p>PAID TRANING</p> <p>GREAT BENEFITS</p> <p>Schedule and Hourly rates:</p> <p>Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. $20.50/hr</p> <p>Schedules include Every Other Weekend</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma / GED </li><li>Must complete required training classes within DMH/Licensure timelines. </li><li>Complete and maintain First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification and other DMH/Licensure training/certification requirements through the duration of employment. </li><li>Must successfully complete the Pony Bird Level I Medication Aide program approved by the State of Missouri for medication administration, having an acceptable score on the written and clinical examinations and having received certification as Medication Aide, the employee is qualified for this position. </li></ul> <p>Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life?
