This includes obtaining required credit reports using multiple systems and software applications, calling other casinos, banks, and extensive interaction with our guests in person and by telephone or email.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Processes new credit applications received via telephone, email, the Mohegan Sun website or in person </li><li>Creates a Momentum Account for the credit application process </li><li>Verifies the customer's identification and secures their signature and credit authorization to obtain necessary credit reports </li><li>Requests, verifies, and documents the gaming, bank, and credit bureau reports and obtains verification of the customers residence address </li><li>Converts reports and records into a PDF format to be indexed into a record storage software application for future reference </li><li>Initiates conference calls with our guests and their bank to verify the guest's bank account information </li><li>Notifies Supervisor of critical information on gaming, bank, and credit bureau reports to ensure good credit decisions </li><li>Greets guest in a warm and sincere manner and provides outstanding guest service </li><li>Addresses all guest concerns in a timely manner </li><li>Answers Casino Credit telephones within three rings </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prints Momentum cards for guests </li><li>Assists guests in obtaining win/loss statements </li><li>Provides credit information to other inquiring Casino Credit departments </li><li>Assists Cashiering Operations in scanning customer identification and Front Money applications </li><li>Completes additional assigned duties as available such reconciling monthly invoices for credit and bank reports </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous credit or casino accounting experience or at least one year of general office experience </li><li>Excellent computer skills in Word, PDF, Outlook, and Excel </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task under demanding situations </li><li>Extensive guest interaction both in person and via telephone or email </li><li>Experience in multiple software applications to facilitate the credit process </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must complete and pass the Credit Representative Certification Program </li><li>Knowledge of ACSC, Datamagine, Central Credit, NCC, Equifax, Experian, and SharePoint </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle stressful situations in a calm manner </li><li>Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed </li><li>Must be able to provide excellent guest service while interacting with the guest </li><li>Must be able to work at a front window to assist guests as necessary </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
