Areas include Community Health, Health Policy, Behavioral & Social Sciences, Health Systems & Population Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences and Clinical Sciences.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Doctoral degree, M.D., DO, Ph.D. or J.D. in related disciplines </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in teaching </li><li>Expertise in health care and medical education </li><li>Commitment to innovative approaches to education and learning </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience using different teaching methods which might include case-based learning, 'flipped classroom', problem-based </li></ul> <p>learning (PBL), interactive large group presentation, audience response systems, and curriculum delivery systems.</p> <ul> <li>Experience with student mentoring and advising </li></ul> <p>Official transcripts are required for a faculty appointment and will be requested upon selection of the final candidates.
