<p>As the E-commerce Marketplace Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations across various external Marketplace platforms. This role is responsible for supporting product and brand launches, maintaining accurate and optimized product catalogs, troubleshooting listing or platform issues, digesting performance data into actionable strategies, and executing marketplace marketing. You will work closely with internal teams-including merchandising, operations, creative and marketing-as well as external partners to ensure seamless execution and growth across third-party channels.</p> <p>This role within the 1800Flowers.com organization provides a great opportunity to work with various team members across the company including but not limited to our web marketing, merchandising, vendor relations, analytics, and product teams. The individual in this position is able to multi-task, maintain strong attention to detail, and has a "can do" attitude which allows them to easily build relationships across internal and external audiences. We are a flat, dynamic and highly focused team who has fun while producing strong growth and revenue.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Operations</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and optimize product listings (stock accuracy, titles, descriptions, images, etc.) on Web Partners' sites daily. </li><li>Manage catalog (SKU changes, pricing updates) with e-commerce partners. </li><li>Support ongoing merchandise changes based on product performance. </li><li>Collaborate with Planning and Operations teams to ensure accurate and sufficient product assortment and inventory across partner sites. </li><li>Work alongside other departments to continuously monitor, understand and evaluate website performance and customer experience, and provide recommendations on optimization of initiatives with a focus on driving improvements in KPIs. </li><li>Serve as a liaison and interface cross-functionally to maintain communication between business group and ensure smooth functioning of operations. </li><li>Quickly and efficiently identify and resolve any issues that may arise with listings or external platform. </li><li>Support continuous competitive and market trend research. </li><li>Participate in major promotional campaigns (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.) in coordination with internal and external partners. </li></ul> <p>Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Extract and disseminate relevant data that positively impacts the quality of internal discussions and go to market decisions, from systems such as Google Analytics, Atlas and Tableau. </li><li>Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to provide to respective stakeholders that track key performance indicators. </li><li>Analyze refund and review data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Attend all relevant internal meetings and develop sustainable relationships with key departments and leaders including IT, merchandising, finance, product management, legal, marketing, and corporate development. </li><li>Attend/lead all relevant external meetings and calls with partners. </li><li>Clearly communicate campaign logistics, product launches, deliverables, timelines and performance results to leadership and other teams across the company. </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range for this position is $28-$30/hour. In addition, the Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and to terminate these and other plans and programs at any time. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>College degree required, advanced degree a plus. </li><li>2+ years' experience with e-commerce marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, Etsy, etc… </li><li>Highly motivated, self-starter with the ambition to anticipate and address business needs. </li><li>Advanced computer skills are required including MS Office Suite. </li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset, comfortable tackling the unexpected. </li><li>Exceptional ability to prioritize work, remain organized, effectively communicate, resolve conflict and meet deadlines. </li><li>Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. </li></ul> <p>Top candidates will have a/an:</p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in excel (e.g. pivot tables and advanced functions, macros a plus) </li><li>Understanding of how to analyze data to identify trends </li></ul>
