As a Systems Administrator on the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, provisioning new assets, installation/configuration and support of physical and virtual systems, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This position offers you an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.</p> <p>This is an onsite position; candidates are required to live in the Charleston County Area or plan to relocate.</p> <p>You Will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and networking problems </li><li>Install and configure computers, operating system, hardware, software, and peripheral devices </li><li>Build, configure and maintain on-premises and cloud-based datacenter infrastructure </li><li>Upgrade and configure system software and add new services as necessary </li><li>Apply OS patches and updates on a regular basis, upgrade administrative tools and utilities as well as day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the established computer systems company-wide </li><li>Schedule and maintain system backups and database archive operations to ensure data/media recoverability </li><li>Ensures workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions </li><li>Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines </li><li>Update and maintain our IT inventory </li></ul> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li>An Associate degree in Information Technology, or related technical field or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience with PC based workstations and laptops </li><li>The ability to multi-task and work independently </li><li>A desire to support end-users and handle related support responsibilities </li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills to handle internal stakeholder requests </li></ul> <p>Wed Be Impressed If You Had:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Azure </li><li>Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Servers </li><li>Experience with O365 and Exchange Services </li><li>Experience with Linux based OS </li></ul> <p>Want to hear more?
