<p>We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee clinical operations and provide leadership to our caregiving team. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for a motivated professional who values autonomy and impact.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise and support direct care staff</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee hiring, training, and performance of caregiving personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality assurance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor staff and advocate for client well-being</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure safety, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of care</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active Florida RN license & CPR certified</p> </li><li> <p>1+ year supervisory RN experience (home health preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office & EMR platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation & willingness to conduct home visits</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>On-Site Requirement:</p> <p>Must be available every other Thursday to sign documentation and review compliance materials.</p>
